Bone expander drills are ideal for single implants where bone is narrow or weak. This is the ideal alternative to osteotomes, for the expansion and condensing of the atrophic mandible and maxilla, and the maxillary sinus elevation technique.

- 5 color-coded bone expanders (2.6, 3.0, 3.4, 3.8, and 4.3mm)
- Latch style handpiece connector (adaptor A)
