Joseph J. Massad, DDS 

Joseph J. Massad, DDS is an internationally renowned clinician in the field of prosthodontics. He has lectured literally around the world. Named one of the top clinicians in CE for 2000-2009 by Dentistry Today, and recipient of the 2006 Chicago Dental Society "Gordon J. Christensen Recognition Lecturer Award." Dr. Joseph J. Massad regularly lectures at meetings of dental organizations such as the American Prosthodontic Society, the American Dental Association, the Canadian Dental Association, the Federation Dentaire International, and the Portuguese Dental Association.

A graduate of the Loyola University School of Dentistry, Dr. Joseph J. Massad has published scientific articles in publications such as the International Journal of Periodontics and Restorative Dentistry, Compendium of Continuing Dental Education, Dentistry Today, Dental Economics, The Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry and others. Dr. Joseph J. Massad served as Director of Removable Prosthodontics at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry in Arizona from 2006 - 2009 and from 1992-2003 as associate professor at the Pankey Institute in Florida and holds faculty positions at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, the University of Texas Dental School at San Antonio, and the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Joseph J. Massad is a fellow of the American College of Dentists, the International College of Dentists and Regent of the International Academy for Dental Facial Esthetics.

Mr. Len Conner, CDT, MICOI, MAAIP 

In his most recent position as Director of Education, Technical Support & Clinical Affairs for Zest Dental Solutions, Len was responsible for Education, Product and Technical related support to and from both the customer and within the organization. He identified product/technique training requirements and oversaw curriculum development, execution, and delivery for Customers, Global Sales, Distribution partners, and in-house personnel. He also oversaw the need and development of clinical studies to support the company’s vast product lines of both implant and consumable specific products with Zest KOL clinicians. In 2019, Len ended a 20 year stint as the Director of the Technical Specialties Group for Zimmer Biomet Dental. Mr. Conner was responsible for field product and technique training and all technical and product/technique inquiries directed to the Company by both Zimmer colleagues and customers.

With over 46 years of experience in the dental field, including 32+ years specializing in all aspects implant dentistry, and well over 2,500 education and training programs presented to various implant groups, study clubs, tradeshows, implant & dental organizations over the years Len has established a solid following in the dental implant field as both a knowledgeable speaker and an implant expert, particularly when it comes to implant product and/or techniques. Len has attained accreditation with: the National Board for Certified Dental Technicians, (Certified in both Partial and Complete Dentures); the Academy of Osseointegration, (Technology Member); International College of Oral Implantologists, (Mastership level); the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics, (Mastership level); and the American Dental Implant Association.

Dr. David Little 

Dr. Little graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School in 1984. As he was born and raised here, he was glad he could attend dental school in the city. He’s also served as an adjunct clinical professor at the dental school for many years. 

As a world-renowned practitioner, Dr. Little felt blessed to teach dentists around the globe. “I’ve been teaching dentistry all over the world, and now I do a lot of teaching in our practice where we bring doctors in, do live surgeries, and educate these dentists.” 

In addition to providing instruction, Dr. Little is also writing a textbook on dental implants. “One of my passions is to teach people to do dentistry with the new technologies available to us.” 

Dr. Little is constantly learning, staying up to date on the latest in dentistry for the benefit of his patients. Using different technologies, he can see the “before” and show people virtually what the “after” will look like before he begins treatment. 

He serves on several editorial boards and is an Adjunct Clinical Professor at UT Health San Antonio Dental School. He also lectures and performs live implant surgeries at several major dental meetings.

Tony Daher, DDS, MSED, FACP 

Dr. Tony Daher began practicing dentistry in California in 1982. His love for teaching led him to earn a Master’s degree in Medical Education from USC in 1984. Dr. Daher received a postgraduate certificate in Prosthodontics from UCLA in 1988. He has served as clinic director for the International Student Program at USC, and director of the Advanced Prosthodontic Program at Loma Linda University.

Dr. Daher was an Associate Professor of Prosthodontics at the Center for Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry at LLU. He has written many scientific and clinical articles and many book chapters about prosthodontics, and has lectured nationally and internationally on the subject of Prosthodontics. Dr. Daher also maintains a private practice limited to Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry, in LaVerne, California.

Dr. Lawrence Wallace

Dr. Wallace is the developer and founder of the Larell One Step Denture.  He received his DDS degree from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry.  As an undergraduate he taught freshman dental students and tutored them in histology and pathology.  Following dental school Dr Wallace did an internship and residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Long Island Jewish Medical Center/Queens Hospital Center.  After completing the residency he returned to the Chicago area and practiced Oral surgery and Implantology for 22 years. 

He entered a new phase of his professional life after relocating to California, becoming a consultant to the medical and dental industries with a focus on jaw and tmj surgery, dental implantology and sleep apnea.

Dr. Samuel M. Strong

Dr. Samuel M. Strong is a native of Hope, Arkansas. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and earned his DDS degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX. He has been involved in implant prosthetics and teaching since 1985. His lectures within the U.S. and internationally have received acclaim from restorative and surgical specialists, laboratory and dental staff members. He began private practice in West Little Rock after serving in the US Navy Dental Corps.

Dr. Strong is a recognized expert in esthetic and implant dentistry. He is an accomplished author and lecturer. His published articles have appeared in Practical Periodontics and Aesthetic Dentistry, Dentistry Today, Dental Economics, The International Journal of Periodontics and Restorative Dentistry, and other periodicals. Dr. Strong holds Fellowship and Diplomat status in the International Academy of Oral Implantology and Board Credentialed status in the Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.

In addition to lectures, Dr. Strong conducts hands-on workshops several times yearly for groups of dentists focusing on implant prosthetic systems.  His webcasts and DVD’s illustrating implant prosthetic procedures for fixed and removable cases are now available from the Global Institute for Dental Education (GIDE), www.gidedental.com. Dr.Sam and Stephanie Strong are also co-authors of the textbook Dental Implants, The Art and Science, Chapter 3. He maintains a private practice in Little Rock, Arkansas with an emphasis on implant prosthetics, esthetic restorations, and sleep apnea treatment. Dr. Strong is the co-designer and co-developer of the Massad Edentulous Impression Tray and the recently released Strong-Massad DenPlant Impression Tray.

In addition, Dr. Strong is a regular contributing author to The Academy of General Dentistry’s journal, General Dentistry. He lectures frequently on restorative implant and esthetic procedures and conducts hands-on workshops throughout the world.

Gregori M. Kurtzman, DDS, MAGD, FPFA, FACD, DICOI, DADIA, DIDIA

Dr. Kurtzman has completed over 4,500 hours of continuing education in the areas of IMPLANT DENTISTRY, COSMETIC DENTISTRY AND OTHER DENTAL TOPICS. A graduate of The AAID / Howard University College of Dentistry IMPLANT MAXI COURSE, he has been trained in all aspects of Implant Dentistry. He has achieved FELLOWSHIP in the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), Pierre Fauchard Academy (PFA), International Congress of oral Implantologists (ICOI), the American College of Dentists (ACD) and the Academy of Dentistry International (ADI). Holds MASTERSHIP in the AGD and the Implant Prosthetic Section of the ICOI.

He also has achieved DIPLOMATE status in the ICOI and the American Dental Implant Association (ADIA). He is a former Assistant Program Director for an university based IMPLANT MAXI-COURSE and a former Assistant Clinical Professor at University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Dental Surgery in the department of Endodontics, Prosthetics and Operative Dentistry. An International lecturer, he has been recognized annually since 2006 as on of the "TOP DENTAL LECTURERS" by Dentistry Today. Dr. Kurtzman has published over 180 dental articles in national and international dental journals and is a consultant to multiple dental manufacturers.

Suheil M. Boutros, DDS, MS, FACD, DABP, DAO, DABOI, Board Certified Periodontist & Oral Implantologist 

Dr. Boutros received his dental degree from the University of Detroit Mercy and his Master of Science and Certificate in Periodontics from the University of Minnesota in 1996. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and Implantology, and his practice is limited to periodontics and dental implants.

He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, and Michigan Dental Association. He lives in Ann Arbor with his wife Gada and their children, Andre and Sabine.
